Interactions you have internally and externally lead to the strongest perception of process for the candidate. It then permeates through their performance and tenure.
  • 37% of organizations use generative AI in hiring, saving 20% of recruiter time. The Insight here is that using the technology, platforms, and A.I. here allows you put the human factor into crafting career journeys, People planing, and skills alignment. This allows you execute with empathy, and clarity.
  • Companies with strong internal mobility programs show 30% higher retention. The insight here is that sometimes growth for your company doesn’t come from outside folks or “growing” your company by headcount. It can be a mixture of both or simply listening to employees and their interest.
  • 78% of talent leaders see diversity as a major hiring trend, but only 22% treat DEI as measurable strategy. Here is the insight. Whew DEI is an initiative that is misunderstood in practice and principle. A diversity slate is not going to depict the work you are doing to be inclusive. Diversity Equity and Inclusion does need a deep rebrand just to equity and inclusion/belonging. That said there is a deep misunderstanding between leadership or decision makers and what this actually means, looks like, and feels.
